Awilda "Ann" Dryden Lang

Awilda “Ann” Lang, 84, went to be with the Lord, Monday April 8, 2024. A native and lifelong resident of Poquoson Ann was a member of Emmaus Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing bingo, talking to friends and family on the phone.

Preceded in death by her father, Willie Dryden; mother, Rebecca Dryden; sister, Lois Collier; husband, Lawrence G. Lang, and daughter, Becky Lang, Ann is survived by her children, Susan, and James Lang; grandchildren, Krystal Keener Lang, James Lang II, and Joshua Lang; niece, Carolyn Baughman (Bruce); great-niece, Kristen Baughman and her son, Braden as well as many other loving relatives and dear friends.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 18 at Emmaus Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 12 – 1:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon at Claytor Rollins Funeral Home.

Memorial contribution may be made to the Poquoson Volunteer Rescue Squad or Emmaus Baptist Church.
