Betty Lou Bowman, 73, passed away Friday, October 19, 2018. A native of Spruce Pine, North Carolina, Betty was a resident of Poquoson for 51 years. She was a devoted, loving mother and wife.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years Buddy Bowman. She is survived by her daughter, Lindy Arms; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister, Barbara Massey of Florida, Susan Thrift and Bertha Pearson of North Carolina; brother, Roger Pearson (Joyce) as well as many other loving relatives and dear friends.
