Grady Carlisle Moore, Jr.

Grady Carlisle Moore, Jr., age 91, passed away January 3, 2020 at Sentara Careplex after a lengthy illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grady Carlisle Moore, Sr. and Mary Catherine Moore; wife, Gertrude Moore; and his son, Linwood Moore. He is survived by his daughters, Charlotte Moore, Helen Lufsey, and Nita Bailey; sons, Tom Hodge and Wayne Hodge; grandchildren, Jeremy Moore, Cindy Wolf, Janet Norris, David Bailey, Brian Bailey, Diane Longoria, Tommy Hodge, Kevin Hodge, Kelli Paul, Melissa Hodge and Michael Rackley.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Emmaus Baptist Church Cemetery in Poquoson. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Emmaus Baptist Church, 814 Yorktown Road, Poquoson, Virginia 23662.
