Herbert Roberts Obituary

Herbert LaForrest Roberts Jr., 72, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 25, 2018. He is preceded in rest by his parents, Herbert LaForrest Roberts, Sr. and Edith Hopkins; son, Tony; sisters, Carol Brennaman and Janet Roberts. Herby is survived by his wife of 45 years, Irene Joyce Roberts; daughter, Kelly; grandson, Bryan Porter; nieces, Linda Rogers, Janet Smith, and Pamela Christner. Herby was a loving husband, dad, grandad, and friend. He forever gave his all in everything he did. He was truly a man that was an inspirational gift to all who knew him – one that you would not forget. He will stay alive in our hearts forever.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 3rd at Claytor Rollins Funeral Home with a visitation to follow until 1:00 PM. Online condolences may be made to claytorrollins.com.
