Judy Ann Cupp, 72, passed away Friday, August 30, 2019 at her home in Poquoson. Judy was the owner of CBC Corporation and a resident of Poquoson for 20 years.

Preceded in death by her husband Ray T Cupp, Sr. and her parents, Eugene and Bonnie Manning, Judy is survived by her current husband of 11 years, Michael Hales, son, Kenneth G. Roberson, Jr.; 4 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; special friends, Margaret Famiglietti and Kat Rowe and feline companion, K.C.
