Loretta Provance Obituary

Loretta Provance, 52, a beloved mother, went home to be with the Lord on October 15th, 2018. She was a long-time resident of Poquoson. She is survived by her two children; Casey Provance and Faith Fuller (Robert). Other surviving relatives include her brother, Stephan Capps, Jr. (Sally); nephews, Tyler Bells, Jacob Capps, and Ralph Capps. As well as her parents, Elizabeth and Stephan Capps, Sr. Loretta had the biggest heart and enjoyed the holidays. A visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 PM at Claytor Rollins Funeral Home on Saturday October 27th. Condolences to claytorrollins.com.
