Bryan "Pic" Holloway Dalheim

Bryan Holloway “Pic” Dalheim, of Poquoson, born November 19, 1972, departed this life peacefully on August 9, 2020. Pic was a lifelong waterman, working on the water for 30 years. His passion for the water served him well as he was simultaneously employed as Captain by The Virginia Pilot Association for many years. Pic’s love for the water went far beyond his career and led him to an offshore fishing hobby that not only brought him years of joy but special friends along the way.
Pic is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Annie and Bob Holloway; paternal grandparents, Elsa and Max Dalheim; niece, Brittany Nichole Dalheim; and Freda Diggs. 
He is survived by his mother, Margaret Carol Holloway Norris (Allen); father, Dennis Paul Dalheim, Sr.; brothers, Dennis Dalheim, Jr. (Lynne), Allen Norris, Jr. (Angie), and Carson Dalheim; sister, Sharon Dalheim Robins (John Matthew); aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, friends, with special thanks to Peggy McNinch for all her love and care; and his beloved dog, Lucy.
The family regrets that we cannot come together to celebrate his life at this time but wish to thank all who have shown their love and support.
