Elizabeth "Libby" McGraw

Elizabeth “Libby” McGraw, 64, of Poquoson Virginia passed away at her home on February 5th 2020.  Libby was a lifelong resident of Poquoson and a member of Tabernacle church.  Libby was married to her soulmate Mike McGraw for 44 years. Their love story is one of the greatest ever told.  Together they have two grown children, Christy Stegman and Rachel McCarty (husband Keith McCarty).  Her grandchildren, Jackson Stegman, Grant Tarring, Forrest McCarty and Garrett McCarty were the light of her life.  Her best friend and “sister” Judy Hahn were always connected at the hip.  

Libby was preceded in death by her parents George and Dolly Woolard. 

Libby loved all things summer.  The beach, the sun, the warm weather and the ocean.  Together with Mike, they have created thousands of memories with their girls and grandboys.  From Nags Head to Factory Point and everywhere in between their adventures have been epic!  

A Celebration of Life will be held at Claytor Rollins Funeral Home, on Saturday February 8th at 1 p.m.  Family will receive visitors after the service and at other times at their home in Poquoson.
