It is with great sadness that our mother Eva Miles Moore age 99 years old went to be with the Lord on January 3, 2024.
Eva Miles Moore was born May 20, 1924 in Spencer Virginia to the late George Spencer and Mae Clark Miles. Proceeded in death was her husband Marvin C. Moore Sr. sister, Helen Miles Clark and brother-in-law Dr. John R. Clark. Survived by two sons Marvin C. Moore Jr. and William S. Moore. Also survived by 5 grandkids, 5 great grandkids and 1 Great great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
She will always be remembered as a loving wife, loving mother and a loving grandmother.
She loved being with her family at holiday gatherings and family reunions. She enjoyed traveling, playing card and dominoes.
A Graveside service will be held on 13th January 2024 at 1 o’clock at Peninsula Memorial Park 12750 Warwick Blvd Newport News, Virginia 23606. In lieu of flowers donations to charity of your choice.
