It is with deep sorrow that we announce the unexpected passing of our beloved Gage on September 26, 2024, to a sudden tragedy. A dedicated pipe fitter employed with R.S. Harritan and a proud member of Local Union 110, Gage was known not only for his skill but for his infectious smile that could light up any room.
Gage possessed a kind heart and a genuine spirit that drew people to him. He cherished his weekly Thursday date nights with his mom, a testament to their close bond. A lover of electronics, gaming, and music, Gage found joy in collecting unique items, with his Honda Prelude standing out as his most prized possession.
He was never without his best buddy, Sherman, aka Bubby, his loyal dog, who was always by his side and featured in their many cherished photos together.
Gage leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter that will be profoundly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his loving family. Parents: Christi Eastep (Mama), Scott Callahan (Dad), Jeff Eastep (Stepfather) Siblings: Hunter Thurmond (Zoe), Nicole Duman (Zack), Tori Boyer (Chase) Grandparents: Donna Turner (Nina), Richard “Danny” Childress (Pops) and Jiffy, Alice S. Preceded in Death: Randall “Doug” Turner(Papa) Also survived by Aunts: Michelle Coston (Von), Beth Brown (Jeff), Jami Brill (John) Numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews, who will remember him for his warmth, generosity, and loving nature.
