Justin E. Bollinger, 32, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2022. A native of Poquoson, Justin was born May 3, 1990, and was a current resident of St. Petersburg, FL. He was an accomplished high school All-Star athlete with tons of friends and a big loving family. He was a graduate of Poquoson High School, and Radford University. His family will always remember our vacations in the Outer Banks and countless weekends spent on the ball fields. Justin was an avid sports fan with a deep love for the Washington Commanders. After graduation from Radford, he and a few of his friends decided to venture out Poquoson and move to Houston TX. After a few years there, they needed to get back to the sun, sand, and sea. They decided to move to the Tampa St. Petersburg area of Florida. He found the place he would settle in and said he would never leave. Here, Justin became a very accomplished businessman becoming a Director of Operations and then a Senior Dealer Success Manager with the financial company he worked for in Florida. He enjoyed the beach, boating, fitness, golfing, concerts, festivals, live sporting events, lifting weights, running and Christmas.
Preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Lee Green “Pop”; paternal step-grandfather, Reid Doan; and close friend, Greg Frazier, Justin is survived by his parents, Rene and Ralph Bollinger; brother, Jake Bollinger and his wife, Christina Ulloa; grandparents, Joyce Green, Elizabeth Smith, and Jerry Bollinger; aunts, Donna Ward (Vernon), Jacky Green, Janet Best, and Cindy Davis (Scott); uncles, Dale Green, David Green, Brian Bollinger, and Adam Bollinger; cousins, Olivia and Hunter Phaup, Whitney and Matt Green, LeAnne and Sara Gerehart, Samantha Best, and Emilee Ward.
