Kenneth "Rudy" Russel Miller

Kenneth Russel "Rudy" Miller was born on 20 February 1988 to Dewey E. Miller. Jr. and Victoria J. Inks Wood Miller. He died on 19 June 2020 as a result of a accident.  Kenneth graduated from Poquoson High School in 2006 and attended Radford University.  He loved working on the Chesapeake Bay as First Mate on the Miss Jennifer fishing boat out of Cherrystone Camping Resort in Cheriton, Virginia for several years. After receiving his Captain's Boat License, he was employed in Duck North Carolina at Nor'Banks Sailing and Watersports.  Kenneth was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents and his nephew Jonah Kelley King.  He is survived by his parents, his sister Jacqueline M. Miller King of Salisbury, NC, a brother Darin E. Miller (Sandy) of  Concord NC, a brother Matthew J. Wood (Hitomi) of Richmond, Virginia, and a brother Andrew M. Wood (Dawn) of Colorado Springs, CO as well as several nieces and nephews, and his significant other Susan Wood of Richmond Virginia.  In lieu of flowers, please send contributions to the charity of your choice.
