Margaret O. (Carr) Connell

Margaret O. Connell, 62, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 21, 2021 due to complications with cancer. A native and lifelong resident of Poquoson, Margaret worked for 12 years for the Treasurer's Office for the City of Poquoson. She attended Water's Edge Church and enjoyed camping and playing with her granddaughters.

Preceded in death by parents, Opal K. and Claude J. Carr, Sr.; brother, Claude J. Carr, Jr., and sister, Viola M. Wilkinson, Margaret is survived by her daughters, Stacey Merilic (Sean) and Stephanie Lang (Tyler) and granddaughters, Kathryn Merilic and Carolyn Lang.
