Mary is preceded in rest by her husband, Davis Ray Evans; son, Charles Gray Evans; grandson, Derek Evans; granddaughter, Cori Rene Evans Thornton; and great-granddaughter, Heavenly Hope Turco.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, James Ray Evans and wife Joyce, David Lynn Evans and wife Donna; grandchildren, Tyler Evans, Jami Evans, Angel Merritt, Jennifer Miner, Tina Turco, Jamie Evans, Amanda Lewis, Josh Evans, and Brandon Evans; great-grandchildren, Emily, Cheyenne, Calleigh, Gannon, Ethan, Logan, Brooke, Jacob, Corali, Hunter, Peyton, Samantha, Kayla, Alvia, and Makinza; dear friends and running partners, Mary Lee Dryden and Gloria Quinn; extended family, Michele Evans and other nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
