Patricia “Patty” Hughena Heflin Elliott, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away on March 28, 2022. Born July 15, 1942 to Colonel Clifford and Patricia Heflin, Patty was the oldest of four daughters. She traveled the world with her United States Air Force family as a child, and continued to do so as she built a family of her own. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Colonel Donald Arthur Elliott of Hampton, Virginia, her sons Eric Donald Elliott and his wife Virginia of Suffolk, Virginia, and Kevin Kristian Elliott of Poquoson, Virginia. She is also survived by her adoring grandchildren Lindsay Elizabeth Elliott, Olivia Katherine Elliott and John Eric Elliott.
