Terry "Ted" N. Ferguson, Jr.

Terry “Ted” Neil Ferguson, Jr., 62, was called Home on Sunday, February 12, 2023. Born May 17, 1960, and a lifelong resident of Poquoson, Ted was an excellent painter and took great pride in his work. Ted was the life of the party who made everyone laugh. He had the mouth of a sailor yet the heart of a saint. He loved fishing, grilling and hanging out with friends. Ted will always be a Big Teddy Bear to his sister Sherry.

Preceded in death by his son, Travis Ferguson; mother, Sylvia Ferguson; brother, Brian Keith Ferguson; nephew, Brian Thomas Bunting; uncle, Billy Hurst; maternal grandparents, William and Thelma Hurst; paternal, James and Hilda Ferguson, Ted is survived by his daughter, Brandi Ferguson; father, Terry Ferguson, Sr.; grandchildren, Ethaniel Ferguson and Arora Mcmillin; sisters, Sherry Gallop and her husband Elton and Sandy Ferguson, as well as many other loving relatives and dear friends.

A celebration of Ted’s life will take place 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 25th at Claytor Rollins Funeral Home by the Reverend Dr. Patricia Riggs.
